Howdy Bone ! (ya ol' varmint!) Sure, sure ... I got another map in the making. Ssshh, can't talk about it here, ya never know who's listenin', dern spies everywhere! Besides, If I told ya about it, I'd have to shoot ya! Ahhh, secrecy, that's the ticket .... a little aluminum foil on the windows, unplug the phone (never know, might be bugged), and string up some tin cans around the house. Dern map stealers aren't getting this one! Haha! Bet ya couldn't tell I've been up for 6 straight days, could ya! Now ... where's my coffee and Fig Newtons?

Hi Dog! (Ya ol' cow patty!) Hahaha, well I can't wait to find out more about your upcoming map! I know it will be a winner for sure. ;D When do you think it might be ready for testing? Just curious. What ever happened to the other map you were working on? Ya know, the one that had a train? Well, take care, ~Mr. Bone88

Howdy Bone!
I got one ready for testing but it's hard to get a good testing crew together.
Nah I wouldn't shoot ya like Dog said, (that's too drastic) I would just put a stick o' dynamite in yer back pocket. Lit, of course! hehe
All seriousness aside, there's something extra special in this map and anybody who wants to test it will be subject to a retina scan, a ballistics test, a DNA test, I'll temporarily hold the title to their car, and they will need a note from their mother! Notarized!

Psssst .... Bone, over here. Keep yer voice down and hunker down behind this trash bin. About the train map; it's a secret, so from now on we'll refer to it as ..... errr, uhhh, ..... a TOASTER! Yeah, that's it, a toaster.
Hang on, I need more coffee but the dern coffee maker went up in flames, so I have to chew the beans and wash 'em down with hot water. HAHAHAH, seven days without sleep, and still in control!
Right .... where was I? I lost my tra .... errr, toaster of thought. OK, it's a single-player toaster level and yep, I'm still working on it a little at a time. The toaster is finished and I've been loading it up with Bad Guys and furniture. Still have some NWX work to do, so it may be awhile yet before this toaster rolls down the tracks.
OK ...... keep 'er under yer hat for now. I gotta run. The dog is rootin' around in the trash ...... thought I toastered him better than that.

Hi Moly! LoL, Moly! That's great news that you have a map ready for testing! I will help test it for you as long as I don't have to have a retina scan, a ballistics test, a DNA test! LoL! And no, you can't hold the title to my car either! Hehe. But, I can get a notarized note from my Mother for you. Hahahaha! ;D Hi Dog! Hahaha Dog! I can't wait to see the toaster! LoL! I'm sure it's going to be a winner for sure! When you last sent me the toaster to test is was looking sharp. I bet now it's really looking awesome! When do you think the toaster will be ready? ;D You both are fine master map makers! And I really appreciate that you're helping to keep Outlaws alive by making all these awesome maps. Thanks!! ;D Cya pards, ~Mr. Bone88

I tell ya, Vin_Egar is making another map and it's gonna be a cool one, it's the Ponderosa ranch from Bonanza and it's really neat from what I saw so far. I can't wait to play it, might be a while though hehe it's quite a house and you can't rush an epic! When I first tried the tutor I was a quivering mass of protoplasm and gave up - I really got to hand it to him.
Thanks to Vin I have a lil' ol' map ready to release. I took his map WMDHEEVE (which I saw being furiously played the other day) which he let me use for a base. He had some fun making it and making his own custom textures for it and now it's my turn to have fun. He made the house from the tutor so it has good dimensions for playing with textures. It will be called Eyehop. Why? Why not, I say lol.
lol Dog... "step ahead of me... quicksand" ... I never laughed so hard as I did the time we were in RockGuardin' and I was watching that ol' shifty Doc creeping around, gun in hand and sccchhhhhhhoooooop down he goes CLEAN outta sight in the quicksand! What made it so funny was it was that persons first time in the map!

...Furthermore, as I sit here I know I can't build a Ponderosa house (correctly). I would have to struggle along and figure it out as I go. Also, as I sit here I don't have the energy to begin to undertake it and face what lies ahead. My specialties lie elsewhere in maps so that's what I mostly stick to and that's why I go nutty on objects and sounds and textures and stitching. So there! lol
My next map, Eyehop, I used Vin's house from his map. It could have been any house but I used that one because I was familiar with it from helping him some on it and I didn't feel like making one from scratch.
When I see your Pearl River's, your Longhorn's, your Legend of Fort McHenry's, your Little Whiskey's, and many more, I say "dang! I can't do that." So I say "hehe watch this though." And I make/do stuff never before seen in Outlaws. Yeah they may not be the best playing fields but sometimes I don't care, sometimes it's all about the "world" and the stuff I created. (If ya never play single player levels you're missing out because that's where the most amazing stuff is, we have much more freedom making single player levels.)
No need to reply to this, I just wanted to explain something.
See ya in High Noon!

Moly hit that one on the head ..... single player maps sure do offer a lot more freedom for creativity. You can do stuff in those that just won't work in multiplayer. I made a drawbridge in "WestEnd" ..... wouldn't have worked (at least not well), in multiplayer, and there's a minecar you can ride in that I don't think would have worked AT ALL in multi. And, if ya want to see what can REALLY be done ...... check out Moly's maps "2172" and "Riders". Some amazing sights in those. One o' these days, I hope to finish a single player train map I've been working on, if I can iron out a couple of problems.
I'll have a new map out shortly ..... many thanks to Moly and Bone for running through it with me looking for glitches. This one is the brainchild (*cough) of WAW_BuffaloFred, who came up with the concept and the overall floorplan. I thought it was an interesting idea with lots of possibilities, so I gave it a shot. The map is chock-full of atmosphere and it's been a challenge to give it the right "feel". Anyhow, should be done with it soon ...... if'n I get back to work!
